Martinsons chooses Auto packer

Renholmen AB has received the second order for the fully automatic packaging machine Auto packer, which is brand new on the Swedish market. In conjunction with the installation, Martinsons will also rebuild the total package line.

The new order means that the existing package output is rebuilt and adapted to the fully automatic packaging machine Auto packer and a new press and strapping machine.

Also, the Triple Stacker will be rebuilt with counter-chains in the layer structure in order to increase accessibility and capacity.
 
Delivery and rebuilding mean that staffing is reduced and certain work tasks are removed, which contributes to a better working environment. The operators will now only work on replenishing consumables, such as straps, plastic and pallets with underlays.

During the summer, an Auto packer will be installed on Martinsons in Bygdsiljum and in the autumn an automatic packaging machine will be delivered to Setra Hasselfors´ new dry sorting.
 
Renholmens Auto packer packs the timber package completely by rolling out the plastic in three steps. First, the side plastics are added, then the top load, which has included slip protection, and lastly the logoplast, which combines the first two plastics to get a neat and functional timber package. It replaces the operator's manual work and contributes to a safer working environment.
